Foundational Movement

This foundational class mixes yoga and foundational patterns and is a great introduction to new practitioners and an opportunity for all yogis to deepen their practice.

LOW INTENSITY- Move slowly and with intention in this alignment-based class.

Candle Lit Yin Yoga

Let’s dim the lights, light up the candles and find our peace. Designed to target the joints and remodel deep connective tissues, this candlelit yin slow-paced hot class encourages deep release.

“Hip-piness” Yoga

Give some love to your hips! This “Hip-piness” vinyasa class will open and stabilize your hips, the physical part of the body that tends to hold emotional tensions.

Detox Yoga

Designed to thoroughly detoxify the body and the mind, this detox yoga class encourages you to bend, twist and sweat. As a result, this practice will revive and rejuvenate you.

One Love Flow

Teranga Yoga / Community Class

In the mindset of Teranga, this class is a by-donation class where you will flow to great music ranging from Mbalaxx to Bossa Nova. “If you get, give. If you learn, teach”–Maya Angelou.
